Work With Me
There are many ways to return to yourself — gently, honestly, and at your own pace. Whether you're drawn to one-on-one support, shared healing in community, or quiet reflection on your own, I offer spaces to meet you right where you are.
1:1 Sessions
These private sessions are a space to pause, breathe, and reconnect. Together, we’ll identify the thoughts causing you pain and gently question them using the simple yet profound method of self-inquiry known as The Work of Byron Katie.
You’ll be met with presence, compassion, and zero judgment. I don’t fix or give advice—I walk beside you as you discover your own truth.
Sessions are 45 minutes and available individually or in packages.

This work is for you if you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or longing to come home to yourself.
Your inner peace is already here. Let’s uncover it together.

Group Offerings
In a group setting, we heal in community. These small, welcoming circles offer a space to witness and be witnessed, to see yourself reflected in others and to know, deeply, that you are not alone.
Each gathering explores a shared theme, such as self-worth, family relationships, or finding peace in uncertainty. You’ll be guided through gentle inquiry, heartfelt reflection, and open-hearted listening.
Group work is a tender yet powerful experience, where insight often comes not only from your own process but from the stories and breakthroughs of others. These sessions are open to all.
Come as you are. Leave with clarity, connection, and a little more lightness in your heart.
Reflections & Journaling
For those who prefer a slower, more private path, I offer simple journaling tools to help you begin. These prompts invite you to meet your inner world with honesty, curiosity, and care.
No prior experience is needed, only a willingness to pause, notice, and write. You can start anytime, from anywhere.
These resources are offered freely and lovingly, and are updated throughout the year.
Your truth is waiting in the quiet. Let the page be your mirror.
